Private custom visuals?

Is it possible to create private custom visuals only accessible to an organisation?

We are developing a custom visual for an enterprise project and I assume in order to use that visual with powerBI online it would have to be submitted for inclusion in the gallery and therfore made available to everyone to use and we cannot limit it to our account in some way?

Where would I find more information on the licensing terms used when submitting a custom visual?

I tested to create a custom visual, packaged it, designed a report in Power BI desktop with it and published it. It shows fine in my Power BI service now.

So I don't think you have to upload your visual to the gallery, you can just use it in your organisation.

Thank you I just realised that was the case. I asssumed the online one would need it published for some reason.
