Powerbi and JavaScript.

Hey Guys,

I've been through almost every post via google and here.. and I am yet to see a basic implementation that hits the REST API and returns data. I am trying to avoid creating a webserver.. or using anything other than client-side code. If this required please let me know since this solution will not work for my organisation.

Here is what I am trying to do:

1) Hit the API. Using a basic API client I want to hit the API to return the embedToken and embedUrl if I can get it. If this means registering an app or getting a client_id etc... I have that already. All the example docs reference C#. That's a no-go for me.

2) If i need to authenticate using Azure AD creds, how do I use my credentials in conjuction with the REST API? (again no documentation for this.)

Can someone please shed some light on this? Need some serious help.
