Hello, I know that currently we are able to get access to the PowerBI API by adding a service principal to a Workspace and giving it access like that.
I would like to know if there is any way possible to grant access to that Service Principal on a per-report/dataset basis, whilst not being able to view and access other reports and dataset in that specific workspace.
Solved! Go to Solution.
not directly. After you have given access to the workspace you could go into the security setting for each report and dataset to remove the permissions individually. Rather tedious. And futile when you re-add the Service Principal to the workspace/app access.
