Power Bi embeeded

Hi. I need some help. Im trying to use the Power Bi Embeeded sample

but when I try to create the workspace I got this error

What Am I missing? also it is necesary power bi premium for doing this because I only got Power Bi pro.

Hi.

The embedding solution with workspace collections is being depricated.

Here is the link to the new embedding solution:

Additional filters can be added to Embedded reports using APIs, not through URL query string parameter.
