Power BI Report Server does not natively use Bootstrap or jQuery, but you can manually integrate them when embedding reports in a custom web application. The Power BI JavaScript Client SDK provides a powerbi.bootstrap method for better performance,Please refer to the following documentation for detailed information: Use bootstrap for performance in Power BI analytics | Microsoft Learn

As for the POST method, Power BI Report Server’s REST API supports POST requests for operations like uploading reports, managing items, and authentication. However, reports themselves retrieve data through queries and DAX, not HTTP POST requests, for detailed information refer the following documentation: Develop with the REST APIs for Power BI Report Server - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
