Power Bi Embed - Custom Filter based on user input

Is it possible to find the table and column field of the filter based on the user input value? In other words, is it possible to customize a general filter based on user values?

For example

const basicFilter: pbi.models.IBasicFilter = {
  $schema: "http://powerbi.com/product/schema#basic",
  target: {
    table: {TABLE},
    column: {COLUMN}
  },
  operator: "In",
  values: {USER-INPUT-VAUE},
  filterType: 1 // pbi.models.FilterType.BasicFilter,
  requireSingleSelection: true // Limits selection of values to one.
}

In the above example, based on the USER-INPUT-VALUE, can the appropriate table and column fields be automatically (dynamically) filled?
