Power BI Rest API authentication

Hi,

 

I am calling Rest API to authenticate on AAD and It works without "Report.Read.All" scope but as I provide scope I get error "Ivalid Error". I have give all required permisson in application registered in AAD and given Administration grant for all permission (attached screenshot for reference). 

 

But always I get:

"AADSTS65001: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID '866624b8-c9a1-45f2-abc4-89d501c3a535' named 'Bien Desk Power BI Integration'. Send an interactive authorization request for this user and resource.\r\nTrace ID: 6244518c-8c00-4aea-941e-2cd384c80e00\r\nCorrelation ID: 871721ed-f91f-45f4-b66e-9d2555ed93ee\r\nTimestamp: 2020-04-21 05:54:43Z",
