Hi,
My client after created Power BI Rest API on here: https://app.powerbi.com/embedsetup/UserOwnsData
and configured identically to my settings, can't add role/access to workspace.
I see this when try on my microsoft account:
On my client account (other tenant, domain, other app):
Client try 5 times add from zero new Power BI REST API Application, but nothing change. No one application found in add roles/access to workspace. Only found other users.
Please help me make applications appear in the search and be able to add them.
I don't know what is the difference between our configurations.
If i add azure app with: https://app.powerbi.com/embedsetup/UserOwnsData
Next click on "Managed application in local directory" in azure app registrations.
On my configuration i see app, on client side can't found.
I don't find configuration difference between own and client. For this reason, I wrote a post.

Can you please share some more detail about your configuration? Did these users have corresponding permission and power bi license to do these workspace operations?
