Please find below the steps we have taken for Scheduled refresh on Power BI.
1. Power BI Gateway for Schedule refresh
⦁ Enterprise Edition (it is mentioned in the Power BI website that the ‘Schedule Refresh’ is coming soon)
⦁ Personal Edition – Schedule refresh for on-premises is available.
2. We installed ‘Gateway – Personal’ in our local machine, however the refresh didn’t work due to a bug in the Power BI system. Chatted with the Power BI team and raised a ticket. Please find the email attached for the same. No update as yet.
3. We also tried to put the pbix file on OneDrive because it has a default hourly refresh. Even that one failed due to the bug.
