Power BI Embedded

What is the limit of generation of embedded tokens for a professional license using “power Bi embedded” without a dedicated capacity? And is this limit periodically reseted?

Anyone has a clare and direct annswer for this question please! I found a couple but they are not marked as a solution. I need to find out if I need in all cases get the dedicated capacity when I will have 50 clients eventually?
