Power BI Embedded in Microsoft Fabric

I'm trying to get PBI Embedded to work against a report in Microsoft Fabric.  The report is built off the default dataset for a warehouse.  I am using a service principal with PBI Embedded.  I can get the report to appear but I get "Can't display the visual" for any visuals connected to a table.  I'm suspecting the service principal needs access to the warehouse but I've tried different ways to grant this access and it is not working.
