Power BI Embedded Github project Visual Studio Error

Hello, I am trying to learn how to upload desktop Power BI files in Azure Power BI Embedded according to this website - http://www.mostafaelzoghbi.com/2016/04/power-bi-embedded-step-by-step.html. I am currently stuck on step 2 becuase when I try to open the file in Visual Studio I keep getting this error (screenshot attached). Can someone help me with this problem? I am a beginner with Visual Studio and Azure.

Yes, my problem was that my Power BI packages were not updated in Visual Studio.
