Performance issues when build a visualisation using the AAS model?

I am having the some sort of performance issues when I build some visualisation using the AAS Model, the model was built by some one in the organization which no longer works, I know the model at some extent but looking forward to correct the issues with the model so that it does not gets timed out, when I build a certain visual that is needed for the reporting, any methods or any sort of help will be deeply appreciated, I will attach the AAS model solution in one drive in my next post.

Attached is the link for the model where I am working on correcting the issue, currently I see there is an issue with Projected acres and Plant date variance field, when used with Commodity, Setid, Projected Plant Date, Actual Plant Date, Planted Acres, Variance of Projected vs Planted acres, Projected Harvest date. Whenever I try to use these fields to build a report it just fails.
