Pass values via textboxes

Hi,
 
While developping a custom visual, I encounter a difficulty.
 
I need to let the user of the visual enter five numeric parameters (via five textboxes ) that are used to draw three rectangles. My problem is I do not find any way to display these parameters and after that, to fetch them into typescript variables in order to be used in the code.

I know the page. I tried not long because it is a formatting section of settings : I expected a solution in the Values section.
