Open up a Web Url with a different extension

Hey,

So I am passing parameters via Query String and then using the Web URL function to go to a dashboard in the reporting server. This works fine for like 80% of cases however there are times when the parameters passed exceed the 2,000 or so charecter limit of internet explorer. My question is can we have the WebUrl point to a different Web Broweser because others have vastly higher charecter limits?

@al12397 - Perhaps I am misunderstanding but a web URL should be useable in any browser. The default browser is a setting of the operating system.
