Hey Team,
Just moved my workspace to a PowerBI Embedded Dedicated Capcity,
Now Getting a error 401??
I am using master user,
Any tips for moving over to a dedicated compacity apart from checking the box?
Do I need to give the app authorization to the resource?
Thanks,
Josh Griggs
Solved! Go to Solution.
All good found out the issue,
The app didn't have access to the resource group in Azure.
Now have encountered a filter issue.....
Thanks,
Josh Griggs
Hi @JoshoDotNZ
The 401 unauthorized not relates to PowerBI Embedded capacity. The problem is something else with your code more likely with your authentication part.
Check with fiddler to get the exact error message other than 401 status code
Hi @JoshoDotNZ ,
Yep, that why I recommend to use the fiddler trace to get the exact error description, so that we don't have a assumption of either in code side or dedicated capcity end
