Migrating to Powerbi Workspace Collection to Powerbi service??

Can anyone tell me if I migrate my workspace collections to Powerbi.com and use the embedded capcity in order to embed the reports into my application, does the API used in Powerbi workspace collection remains the same in embedded capacity or there is some change in the api, currently I am using this api in my application https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/upload-a-local-pbix-file-using-the-import-api/. Please tell me that the api used in this page is similar and does not change when I use an embedded capacity and migrate all my reports into Powerbi.com???
