Message/comment in graphic

Hello everyone, I have a question.
How to put a comment for example of a deviation in the graph. I leave an example below.
The goal would be to quickly understand the reason for the peak.. leave for example a comment.
In power bi desktop, would the tooltpi tool be ideal? I was looking at the published mode with comments but it also doesn't work because you can only comment on the page.
Can anyone help me with the best solution?

Hi @henrydhs ,

Thank you for reaching out with your question. If I understand correctly, you want to add message or comment on the visual. Yes, the tooltiop is an option. You can refer the following official documentation to get it.

Customizing tooltips in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

In addition, you can create a measure to get the comment base on the specific scenario. Then create a card visual and put the measure on it. Place the card visual in front of your original visual through the capabilities of the Format ribbon.
