I'm wondering if anyone has a template that would get me close to what I'm looking to present. I was able to find one below, however, it's way to complicated for my audience. What I am trying to show is a simple report view that shows all of my resources and if they are currently on the bend and a look out of if they are on the bench in 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks out, etc. based on their assignments to projects. With a total of how many are on the bench in each of those period and the percentage on the bench. The information would be pulling from a Master Project Portfolio file from the MS Project online. Below is also a photo of what we are currently doing, which is all manual.

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
