KPI Dashboard with Integrated Action Tracker & Alerts

Hi,

We have a requirement to create a global solution for a "KPI Cockpit"  with integrated action tracker.

1. Global KPIs

2. Ability to record comments indicating why a KPI was off track (yellow, Red indicator etc) 

3. Ability to define actions and assign to the responsible person.

4. Ability to generate alterts 

Looking at Power BI I can see that there is the Power KPI which can be used to build out the KPIs Framework.

I've mocked up some KPIs in Power KPI & it looks good.

However the piece that is missing is the Comments & Action tracking.

Does any one know if there is another feature in power BI for this or a power APP?

What the business doesnt want is to build out the KPIs & then record comments, actions in sharepoint.

They want to have one integrated solution with a good user experience.
