Issue in report tooltips in custom visuals

Hello,

I'm implementing report tooltip in a custom visual and have observed an issue. If I use an out-of-the-box grid visual or out-of-the-box matrix visual as report tooltip and when I hover on an element of custom visual, it renders a blank visual on the tooltip. However the tooltip gets fixed when we hover on subsequent elements. The issue occurs only on the first hover and only if out-of-the-box grid visual or out-of-the-box matrix visual is used in the tooltip page. It works fine for other out-of-the-box visuals.
