How is this dashboard appearing on this page (http://powerbi.tips/top-tutorials/), Is this powerbi Embedded, a web app, api?

It is a embedded report. The embed url is this. It is actually Publish to web.

Usually when try  to embed a report, there're two ways.

1. Power BI Embedded.(github sample)
2. Embeded Reports via Power BI REST API. (github sample)
