Is it possible to add a clustered column chart at the end of a matrix?

I am trying to add a clustered column chart to the end of a matrix. There would be a new chart for every row. Is this possible in Power BI? I was able to create this example in Tableau:

@Anonymous Do you know if I am also able to add a line to the chart? If you can see my image above, I have a line with the bars and the line displays an average/case metric. Thanks!

You can do whatever you want with SVG, as long as you accept the 150 pixel height limit

Yes, you can add SVG based charts as cells in a matrix visual. Note that your image height is limited to 150 pixels.
