Hi All,
I have been working on generating reports by integrating Sql server using direct query. I have a scenario where i selected Slicer visualization to filter data on the charts and tables. For this i have created a view in database which has 1 million records. If i chose the options in slicer it gives me the results fast but if i clear the selection and select the option it is going through all records in the backend. Is there any way the slicer doesn't choose "all" in the field if i clear selections in Slicer Visualization ??
Has this option been updated in Power BI. If so, how do I remove the "all" option from a single select dropdown?
Hi @anudeep3721,
As far as I know, there is no such options to do it in Power BI currently. I would suggest you add it as an idea on Power BI Ideas forum to improve Power BI on this feature. ![]()
