In DevTools Compile and Run is not creating new Visual in dropdown

In DevTools, Compile and Run is not creating/showing new Visual name in dropdown.

Previously, after Compile and Run, i used to get a new visual name listed in drop down. Now, it is not working any more.

Here, I am creating a Test Visual. It compiles fine but it doen't show up in the dropdown. It only shows default YourVisual.
