Import a local csv/excel file by Power Bi REST api

Hi Guys,

I am using a python client and consuming PowerBi REST services. I have a problem with one scenario where I need to import a local csv/excel to add as a new dataset. I tried 'Post Import' api but it only works with pbix file. Also, PostDataset api--> POST https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/datasets won't be of help for this as it's a local file.

The purpose is to upload a new csv/excel file and refresh a report based on this dataset.

It would be great if someone can help me on this and let me know which api to use and how to do it?
