Implementing Telemetry on Power BI Report or dashboard
Not possible currently. Quite a lot of people have been asking about this, for lots of reasons (including usage tracking, monitoring, auditing, compliance, etc).

Has this feature been implemented. We have a requirement to view the Telemetry on Power BI Reports.

As of June 2017, Power BI content authors can view usage statistics for dashboards and reports in the App Workspace.

O365 Admins can view 90 days of Power BI audit events in the O365 audit log. Currently these logs are only available to O365 admins via the Security and Compliance Centre, or via a Powershell script.

Microsoft has indicated it is enhancing these features based on feedback and votes on the ideas listed in this post.
