Implement RLS in Push Dataset using API

We are trying to implement Row Level Security (RLS) using a push dataset (via the Power BI API). If we connect with Power BI Desktop to the pushed dataset we are unable to add a RLS role. We are also unable to configure RLS related properties in the dataset.

According to the documentation we should be able to configure IsEffectiveIdentityRequired and IsEffectiveIdentityRolesRequired. If we try to set these to true we receive an error.

This issue is still relevant! Turnsout you cannot set RLS for streaming datasets, push datasets seem to still be unaccesible and the only way of creating a dataset supporting rls and something similar to streaming is through Streaming Dataflows - tool that heavily relies on Azure, creating complcations for users not hosted there.
