I cann't upload pbix file to Power BI Embedded for 4 days....

I don't know what's happen I cannot upload my pbix file to Power BI Embedd from 7/7

import state always "NotFound"!!!

(1) My pbix file is 118MB , even I try to reduce the size to 41 MB, still fail.

(2) both Power BI Embedded and app.powerbi.com portal are fail.

(3) I try the set the Client timeout to 60 minutes , still fail
