How to differentiate Power BI Admin and Tenant accounts using API.

Hi,

We are using PowerBI REST api's in our c# application. We have 2 powerbi accounts (Admin and Tenant). We would like to know whether we can differentiate these two accounts based on the email id or any other parameter using api. Do we have any api that tells us the user is Admin or Tenant?
