Hi I'm trying to build a flow that for data retention purpose.
I created a flow to do a daily check on all of the files on a SharePoint document library to see if they have passed the data retention requirement (i.e. 7 years). If they are older than 7 years, a notification is to be sent to the file owner to remind them to delete the file. I manage to get a flow working to generate email notification. However, one email would be generated for each file that met that requirement which results in some people may receive 100+ separate emails notifications.
Is there a way to consolidate the notifications for each file owners so they can see the expired files in one email instead?
Thanks in advance for any assistent/insight.
Kyle
