i am trying to show my Monthly Percentage to only Person name Row ..but same percentage is showing for below rows also ...i dont want that ....and Attendance days also i want to show only name row bit its showing for all rows please help me to solve this .

According to your description, you want to show only the results of the first level, but hide the results of the following levels, right?
If I understand you correctly, I suggest you can try to use ISFILTERED() with IF () to manually control the display of the values in each level of the matrix.
Here are my test results
I created a test table:
Created a measure and applied it to a matrix for presentation.
Here is the DAX code:
M_ =
IF(
ISFILTERED('Table'[member]),BLANK(),
IF(
ISFILTERED('Table'[group]),SUMX('Table',[value])
))
By manually creating a metric, you can customise the output display for each row.

Thanks for quick answer , if you see my table i am expection 11, 20 and 55% values to only for Names ...not for below numbers (Numbers are weeks of month). i want to show only for that perticular person attended 11 days out of 20 days and that percentage is 55% .this is what i wan to show. you did amazing work but its showing total of that value ..but i dont want that .i created this percentage and total days in seperate DAX ...i want to show if each person that values.
