How to Auto scheduled refresh imports without a Network Drive?
Hi,
Does anyone know how to setup data to autorefresh without an Enterprise Gateway? My company does not have any network drives and only Cloud storage (Sharepoint or OneDrive) how can i setup an auto scheduled refresh if i only have cloud storage as an option?

If you are using cloud storage (SharePoint Online, OneDrive) you don't need a Gateway to set-up the scheduled refresh.
- You can go to dataset settings.
- Edit your data source credentials
- Turn ON scheduled refresh

Hi Nandu
Thnkyou for your reply, can you guide me a little more with settings as firstly, the 'data source credentials' is greyed out and i can't edit them, see screen shot below. Do you know how to change this and so i dont get an option to 'Turn on Scheduled Refresh'
Can you guide me through what i am doing wrong ?
Many Thanks
Dan

Hi Anonymous ,
"Data Source Credentials" is grayed out to indicate that you do not need to update the data source credentials, you can directly configure the scheduled refresh.
