Help finding the right visualization

I'm trying to create a project management tool. It's a requirement is has the following structure:

I'm strugling to find a visualization to report this. The amount of boxes are dynamic and should change with a date slicer. Is this even possible?

The amount of boxes would be rows in dbo.Customer filtered by enddate and should only show customers with projects that has and enddate after the selected date in the slicer.

After my research, I did not find a visual that meets your needs. Please check if the two custom visuals below can be created as a workaround.
