I'm looking for having a graph that show the base values compare with a specific filter. I have an example, so it is more clear what I mean.
I found a quite cool component from flags that filters my data. This is the slide without applying any filter.
When I click on a flag (for example UK in the following image), the graph shows 2 bars: the strong color is the value related with the filters and in background the base data.
Is it possible to obtain the same visual with slicers?
Hi @Anonymous ,
I'm sorry I don't quite understand what you are looking for. Are you trying to get a visual in Power BI that has similar functionality to your screenshots? When the slicer selects a country, the bar chart highlights the corresponding value for the filtered country while keeping the other data (the grayed out part)? If the slicer option is used and the bar chart's axis fields are from the same field in the same table, the bar chart only shows (keeps) the corresponding values for the corresponding country when the slicer selects that country just as shown below screenshot. Could you please provide some sample data and the results you want (with detailed logic and functional description)? Thank you.
Best Regards
