Getting live Data from Excel into Power BI

Hi Guys,

 

Apologies if this has been asked a thousand times, is there a way to get a live dataset from out of Excel into Power BI? The fastest refresh I can get is hourly when I'm using a personal gateway, is there any method to making as real time as possible? 

 

I know that you can increase the number of schedule refreshes but unfortunately upgrading to premium is not an option due to the cost of it.

 

Any help/guidance will be much appreciated.
