Gateways - Update Datasource - Force Update Without Verifying With Datasource

Hello,

I am currently facing an issue where I am trying to add an anonymous credential for my data source. However, when calling https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/gateways/update-datasource#anonymous-credentials..., it looks like the Power BI Rest API is calling the service after I give it the credentials (likely to verify that they are correct). However, because my data source takes a long time to respond, the credential REST call seems to timeout and not make my changes.

So, my question is, is there a way to force the credential change without it needing to call my datasource (since I know the credentials work) to avoid the timeout issue?
