Error installing Power BI Visual Tools

I am trying to install Power BI Visual Tools to do some custom visual development work. I installed NodeJS. I got the following error when I tried to install PBI Visual Tools as the enxt step. What am I doing wrong? Initially I got connection error to https://registry.npmjs.org/powerbi-visuals-tools which I resolved by updating proxy setting on Node.

 

C:\Users\xxxxxx>npm install -g powerbi-visuals-tools
npm ERR! code E400
npm ERR! 400 Bad Request: powerbi-visuals-tools@latest
