Error When Creating App own data with Microsoft guide

Dear all, please take some look about my problem:

I have a power bi pro user, created a dashboard and want to use power BI embedded to create a simple webpage, automatic login my user and view my dashboard.

I did as Microsoft says on this post: https://docs.microsoft.com/vi-vn/power-bi/developer/embedded/embed-sample-for-customers

I completed those steps:

1. Create api registrations with fully api permissions of power BI service

2. Download and edit the config file with my AppicaionID, WorkspaceID, Username and Password.

When I was running the application, the error showed: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID

So, what is my problem? Is there any problem with my account? Do we need anything else or only need a powerbi pro user?
