Error Code; The R Process ended unexpectedly so the visual can't be displayed. Please Try running it

So I've been having issues running r through powerbi

Context:

Powerbi Version: May 2020

R version: 4.0.5

I really can't update these versions: so if that the problem it would be great to know that as well,

My powerbi is ran through a citrix workspace.

I was able to connect power bi and r script but after running my code it runs as "The R Process ended unexpectedly so the visual can't be displayed. Please Try running it again"

Any further help/reasoning would be appreciated

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,

Verify that the R script runs outside of PowerBI, ensuring there are no syntax or runtime errors.

This discrepancy in versions could be a contributing factor to the issue you're experiencing.

Could you please explain why you can't update to the new version? Your version is too old.

Or you can check if you are restricted.
