Embedded Report - Data Export Security

Hi,

 

I'm wondering does anyone know if this is possible. Currently I don't think it is.

 

I have a report that is embedded in a custom web portal using the Azure Embedded Capacity method. I would like to allow only certain users who log into my portal to be able to export data from visuals and certain users would not have this capability enabled. Do you know if this is possible?
