Hi
We are exploring embedded reports using both streaming/push dataset and connectivity to MS SQL.
1. How does the charging model work? Please provide some info.
2. Streaming/push dataset - how does the charging model work for this? We have around 10 fields in our dataset that change constantly within a 7hr period from around 11pm to 6am. How does the charging model work for this? Can we optimise it?
3. Embedded - we have a few embedded reports with around 10 visualisation panels consisting of bar, pie, slicers etc... Which visual offers the most economical way to serve reports to the end-user? For instance, we have a grid of 5000 rows with 4 columns - i.e. ID, time started, time ended, result - is this not a good idea to use from a cost perspective?
4. Number of renders - we have a report with around 10 panels consisting of bar, pie, line graph etc. Is each of the panels considered a render - hence all the panels will be 10x the render? How does this work please from a cost perspective?
If you could help with useful links I would appreciate.
Thanks!
