Drillthrough function user control possibility?

Hi all,

I am looking to see if anyone knows if the hierarcy of the drillthrough feature in a matrix is changable for the end-user.

Meaning, I have a matrix with say patient volume listed by Surgeon, then Procedure, then Insurance in the rows. Some of my more savy data user like the excel pivot table flexibility, where the end user can change this order and view the pivot by in another order, such as, Procedure first, then Surgeon and Insurance.

This is a great questions as I could eliminate the extra tabs I have to achive these views and really clean up the over all report size.

One final note, all my Power BIs are embedded in SharePoint pages.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Terry

Hi @tbobolz ,

Users only have access to embedded reports and cannot change the drill through order in SharePoint. According to my attempt, the user can only use the drill through sequence defined by the administrator. See if bookmarks can partially meet your needs.https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/desktop-bookmarks

Best Regards,
Liang
