Date Time Difference

Hi All,

I have a small requirement that i want to fulfill and i am  new to Power Bi and Dax Queries.

So currently i have a table which has three columns

  1. Start Time
  2. End Time
  3. Employee ID

Now, what i want to do is to take out there Per Day/week/month consumption and show whether they are under-utilized or over-utilized.

So basically, What i want to see on my report is when i filter out a user and his weekly consumption is less than  45, it should show me a card value saying Under-Utilized and if its total week consumption is above 45, it should show me over-utilized.

Would really appreciate if i could get a quick reply.
Thanks guys!
