Dataflow Refresh API not sending failure notification

Hi DEVs,

I am trying to refresh dataflow using API through PowerShell script but  I am not getting dataflows refresh failure mail.

Here's the script for reference:

$RefreshDataflowUrl = "https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/$GroupID/dataflows/$DataflowID/refreshes"
$body = @{"notifyOption"= "MailOnFailure"}
$body = $body | ConvertTo-Json
Invoke-RestMethod -Uri $RefreshDataflowUrl -Headers $headers -body $body -Method POST
Write-Host "Dataflow $i started refreshing"

It's working fine but not sending mail if dataflow fails. Can someone help me in this?
