If we have nosql as our db to load data in our website And sql db for running analytics work.
Do we need sql db for our website data also? Or would there be any other need for sql db?

Are you planning to use Power BI in the service or on premises (via Power BI Report Server)?  The latter scenario requires SQL Server.
