Custom visuals in an email report

I've got a report with multiple custom visuals on. I've also set the report to email once a day when it is refreshed. The problem I have is that the custom visuals are slow in updating, so the email ...

    There’s no way to improve loading time at least for now.

    We’re working on improving the loading time for all of custom visual that are based on the new API.

     

    We can’t provide any ETA for this task. I hope that it will be completed soon.

Hello njrandell,

 

Custom visuals might have some loading issues due to using ifame sandboxing.

Could you please clarify amount of custom visuals in the report and size of the data-set?

    I've got about 10 custom visuals on this page. The pbix file I used to create the report is about 2mb in size and is refreshed once a day from an SQL server.
