Custom visual - modified gauge

I am interested in using the visual from here: https://dribbble.com/shots/2130140-Navigation-Interaction

 

The visual of interest is the modified gauge, showing the sales by chain. Does anyone know how to create such a visual or where to obtain the source code or file for it?
