Custom Visual not working online

HI All, I developered a basic new Visual, it is working fine in Power BI Desktop (including while debugging it online) but when i upload it into my online report it dose not work, the only indication...

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply, to your questions , "Learn More" just gives me a link to MIcrosoft page THIS LINK , but i think i mignt have discovered the issue while on debug page i tried to add my new Visual and got the message that "Custom Visual nor certified by Microsoft are not allowed by my admin..... " .
    (My visual is - HTML Visual, but it effects/filters my other visual that is Python visual 🙂 )
