Is it possible to have a custom visual be notified when new data is added to a push dataset?
I have created a custom visual to display a custom data visualization. I have also written a test c# layer, which is responsible for ensuring that the push dataset exists. I can also use it to start adding a new row to the push dataset every 10 seconds. The issue I am running into is that my custom visual does not update when new data is sent to the push dataset. In order to get any new data in to my custom visual, I must hard refresh the page.
Are there certain steps I must take to ensure that my custom visual is compatible with push datasets? Or is this functionality not supported.
